FOR FAMILIES
Dancing Together
Designed by Mafê Toledo and delivered in partnership with Groundswell Arts,
Dancing Together supports the wellbeing of families with young children while strengthening their bond.
It also supports community building amongst groups of parents and children, reducing social isolation and loneliness.
-
Mother & Baby focuses on the mother’s experience, fostering presence with her own emotions while being emotionally available for her child. Each week we focus on a body part to help mums find flow and unlock tension in their new, postnatal period.
-
Parent & Toddler focuses more on the child’s experience, emphasising being seen and valued as well as creative expression. Through a mixture of guided and child-led activities, toddlers develop their skills whilst adults get a chance to move and release.
Infant Developmental Movement Education
Through touch and movement, babies begin to understand themselves and the world around them.
As a qualified Infant Developmental Movement Educator (IDME), my role is to meet and engage your baby where they are. Where appropriate, I gently guide them to more efficient pathways and create a space where you can nurture their physical, emotional and cognitive development.
-
Join our group sessions to explore and support your baby’s development as part of a welcoming community. These sessions help you recognise your child’s early movement patterns and interact in a way that develops their full potential.
Refreshments provided!
Wear comfortable layers and bring a blanket for your baby (soft mats provided).
The next block of sessions starts in April. Please register your interest via here and we’ll come back to you with more details.
-
Private sessions offer dedicated time and space for more in-depth exploration of your baby’s development. These sessions allow us to understand where your baby is in their movement journey, facilitating change where appropriate. At the same time, we recognise that the infant’s development is deeply connected to the whole family unit. These sessions also offer parents the opportunity to reflect on their own journey, including how pregnancy and birth were for them, and to check in with themselves in the context of supporting their baby’s growth.
Private sessions can take place at my home, your home, or online.

Early Years Shows
On the Way Up is a sensory experience created with and for babies under 12 months.
Early ideas were tested at RippleFest 2025, an early years arts festival organised by Magic Acorns.
Watch the trailer below.
We are seeking venues, early years settings, creative partners, and funding support to bring the next stage of this work to life.
